1. Who we are

OnlyBetsAU publishes independent informational content about Australian wagering platforms, online casino game mechanics and gambling regulation. 2. What we collect

• Server log data — IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, browser and operating system. Collected automatically by the web server for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.
• Local browser storage — a single key recording that you confirmed you are 18 or older, so the age confirmation on the first block is not repeated. It stays in your browser and is never transmitted to us. See the cookie policy.
• Information you send us — if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.
• Aggregate analytics — if analytics is enabled on this site, it records non-identifying usage patterns such as page views and approximate region.

We do not collect gambling account details, identity documents, payment card numbers or banking information. Please never send them to us.

3. Why we collect it

To operate and secure the website, to understand which content is useful, to comply with legal obligations, and to respond to correction requests, legal notices and privacy requests. We do not use personal information to profile individuals, and we do not make automated decisions about anyone.

Email correspondence is kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

7. Children and the 18+ restriction

This website is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Access, correction and complaints
